Refund Policy

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:-

We understand the customers prospect about exchange & refunds, so we have certain criteria as below: 

  • We have 3 days return & refund policy. Hence, we should be notified within the said timeline from the date of goods delivered at your place.
  • We will surely exchange the product if it is damaged in transit or wrong product received by us & in both cases shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the goods delivered is undamaged & perfect with regards to the order placed by you or if we found that return requested is on false ground.
  • Refund will be made to you through the same mode of payment by which the original transaction was done within 7 days of return goods received by us.
  •  Returned products must be sent from the country that you submitted the order from.
  • Cancellation can be done. If you cancel the order we will deduct payment processing charges of 3% and if the goods are already shipped, then both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with the payment processing charges and the refund will be done within 7 days of the return goods received by us.

  • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 7 -10 days for the refund transfer to be completed

  • The returned items must be picked up by the courier services within seven (7) working days from the date when you receive the Return Confirmation Number.

    If you have met all the conditions requested, Bentati will process the exchange of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own courier expense. If you refuse this delivery, Bentati reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Note: - Above both scenario is applied only after we received the physical product on below address with proper Invoice copy from you.

 SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY: 

  • We usually ship the product within 1-3 days of payment received in our account.
  • Delivery of product might take 2 to 3 days after shipping & might extend in case of remote area delivery.
  • We deliver our products to all countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1-3 working days and from 5-7 working days to other countries. 
  • Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. 

  •   Delivery Charge if there is any 

    ·       Local – delivery charge is around 14-20 AED

    ·       International and GCC countries –  DHL for international delivery                depends on the country around 100 - 150 AED FEDEX is around              100 -200 AED rates depends on the country.
